1989, the Leggett's opened "Leggett’s Pancake House" in the Crosby Community Hall. Each March through April guests are served such things as Mary Anne’s delicious pancakes, muffins, baked beans and butter tarts. Mary Anne and her daughter - in - law, Kathy, along with the rest of family welcome all .
The Pancake House is open each year from early March to the middle of April. Tour the century old sugar shack the Leggett's still use today to produce top quality maple syrup.

15 in Crosby, Ontario Canada, about 40 minutes. north of Kingston and
about 1 hour and 20 minutes. south of Ottawa in the heart of Big Rideau

Leggett's Pancake House is famous in the area for big fluffy pancakes, maple baked beans and fabulous maple butter tarts and home town hospitality.
Maple products that are available year round are maple syrup, maple butter and maple sugar. Gift baskets are also made to order for any occasion and will be shipped to your destination.
